CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge 100% cancellation fee for any last minute cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance as well as no-shows. Retainer fees are non-refundable but transferable up to ONE time to a new date within 7 days of your original appointment. Cancelling your appointment last minute flat out without rescheduling to a new date within the 7 day window will result in forfeiture of your retainer fee and the 100% cancellation fee for the remaining balance of the service.
